Are you naturally engaging on the telephone and in person, in this role you will need to be able to be confident to speak to Candidates and Clients, highly organised, proficient and capable individual who is able to multi-task. Have strong written and oral communication skills, be able to work well in a team and bring your ‘Can Do’ attitude to work every day.
About the role;
-Resourcing candidates using on-line job boards and databases
-Viewing Job applications
-Assisting Candidates and Clients with Recruitment enquiries in person, by email and telephone
-Booking registration and interview appointments
-In time, to engage in the full 360 best practice Recruitment process
You will need;
-A confident approachable attitude and most importantly a confident telephone manner
-Accuracy and precision required for updating the database system
-Computer literate using Outlook, MS Office and have an appreciation of systems.
