Office administration Support – Face paced environment – Based in Alton
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast expanding organisation. Office based. Our client are looking for a competent individual to handle administrative tasks, co-ordinate internal administration, reception and Customer liaison enquiries by telephone and email.
**Previous experience required of 2 years +**
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Organised and time efficient
-Work to deadlines
-Strong communication skills – verbal and written
-Comfortable speaking to Customers
-Comfortable working with individuals at all levels
-PC literate especially MS Office/Word/Excel/databases
Salary depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
