We are recruiting for our client, looking for a positive, energetic and effervescent Customer Service Representative who can build rapport easily with Customers in order to provide an exceptional level of service!
– First point of contact for Customers, including liaison with logistics to track progress of orders and shipments.
– Deliver first class customer service, follow up of orders and returns processes
– Data entry of customer orders using order systems and maintaining accurate records
– Meet daily order entry team targets
– Handle Customer queries by telephone and email
