Customer Service Executive

Location: Head Office- Haslemere

Reporting to:Customer Service Team Leader

Hours: *Monday-Friday 08:00am-17:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all customer orders and enquires directly for any accounts you are responsible for in a quick and efficient manner;
  • Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients;
  • Dealing with all incoming orders/enquires in an efficient, effective and professional manner;
  • Seek to deliver the best experience to clients and make the process easier for them;

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

  • Possess “Customer Care” skills which will allow customer needs and expectations to be satisfied whilst maintain attention on the customer at all times;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel;
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly Self-Motivated and enthusiastic;
  • Out-going and friendly and excellent at building rapports with clients;
  • Be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the client;
  • Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues when needed.
