Customer Service position available – Permanent role based in Haslemere – Benefits package.
Portfolio are seeking a professional Customer Service Executive with excellent skills to deal with all customer orders and enquiries directly for any accounts you are responsible for in a quick and efficient manner. Liaising with Customer Service Team Leader and Account Managers to ensure customers receive a consistent service throughout.
- Excellent ‘Customer care’ skills which will allow customer needs and expectations to be satisfied whilst maintaining attention on the customer at all times.
- Ability to execute multiple communications clearly to the client
- Strong communication, organisational, time keeping and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Outgoing and friendly and excellent at building rapport with clients and colleagues
Previous experience required.
-Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
