A great opportunity has arisen and Portfolio are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our clients Accounts team in Farnborough. A fantastic varied role with opportunity to carry out a variety of Account functions.
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and accurate person with a good knowledge of Sales Invoicing and Purchase Ledger.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in an Accounts role
Capable to multi-task
Have strong, IT Microsoft office, written and oral communication skills
Willingness to offer support and be able to work well in a team
As a member of the Accounts Team you will share responsibility for all aspects of the sales invoicing process including ensuring that sales invoices are issued in an accurate, timely manner, and that customer invoice queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, ensuring that they are entered accurately in accordance with the purchasing process, provide general support within the Accounts Team as required and to assist with credit control in the credit controller’s absence.

Salary: £20,000-£23,500 depending on experience
Working hours: 8.00am – 5pm. Monday to Friday.
